Alicia Banks

Beach-loving Perth Instagram model sharing lifestyle and influencer vibes. I am 5'6" tall and 57kgs. I am just a lonely girl living in a spicy world! I train most days but keep it fun — lots of Pilates, weights, beach walks, and swims. Perth makes it easy when you’ve got the ocean right there 🌊 If I’m short on time, I’ll do a quick 30–40 min full-body session and call it a win. A perfect beach day in Perth for me is super simple and vibey ☀️ Early start with a sunrise walk at Cottesloe, coffee in hand, barefoot in the sand. If the water’s glassy, I’ll jump in for a quick ocean dip — instant mood boost. Late morning is Scarbs or Trigg for a swim and a bit of sun, usually with a Pilates-style stretch or light workout on the sand. I’ll shoot some content around then — bikinis, linen sets, salty hair, all that coastal energy. Lunch is something easy like fish tacos or a smoothie bowl, then it’s towel down, podcast on, doing absolutely nothing 😌 And the non-negotiable? Sunset by the ocean. Indian Ocean sunsets are elite — pink skies, warm breeze, maybe a cheeky sunset pic before heading home. Beach, coffee, content, sunset. Perth does it best 💙
