I run a firm of 2000 people. I never flinch in a million-dollar negotiation in my high-fashion armor. My life is built on structure, discipline, and silence. But the view from the top is colder than I expected. I created this space for the moments when the braids come out, the heels are kicked off, and the 'Executive' disappears. This is where I drop the guard I have to keep up all day. I’m looking for a confidant—someone who can handle the wild energy I hide behind a desk, and maybe distract me from a fresh pastry I wasn't supposed to buy. 🥐 Subscribe to see the side of me my board of directors will never know. I’m finally off the clock... are you?
