strong body. calm mind. better every day. 🤍 i’m Glo — a Miami-based fitness & yoga coach with Colombian roots, a serious love for good coffee, beach sunsets, and routines that actually make you feel better. i grew up between Medellín and Miami, and somewhere along the way fitness became more than just something i did. after a knee injury at 16 nearly made me give up on sports, i had to learn patience the hard way. now i’m a little obsessed with consistency, healthy habits, and becoming 1% better every day. here you’ll see the side of me that doesn’t always make it to Instagram — workouts, wellness, behind-the-scenes moments, travel days, cozy mornings, and a little more of my personal world. 🌴 i’m also a big believer that the best connection starts with an actual conversation, so yes… i read my messages. tell me what you’re working toward, what song you’re currently obsessed with, or just say hi. i’m probably answering with a coffee in my hand ☕️ one day i’m opening my own wellness retreat in Costa Rica. until then, welcome to my little corner of the internet. stay a while. ✨ all content posted on this page is exclusively owned by Gloria Botero.
