Hi. I'm Hanna. Thirty-six. Fourteen years in front of a classroom, gold stars on the wall, chalk on my hands, rules on the board. Then I read my own rules back to myself. And quit. Turns out the lesson plan was the problem — not me. So here's the new syllabus: no homework, no detention you didn't ask for, and a teacher who finally says the quiet part out loud.
