Mia Wagner

Chicago girl who traded freezing winters for san diego sunsets ☀️ i’m Mia — 24, fitness trainer, nutrition coach, professional iced coffee consumer… and apparently someone who still leaves gym clothes on "the chair" for three days 😂 most people know the disciplined side of me: early mornings, workouts, meal prep, coaching & building MW Method. this is where i share a little more of the Mia that doesn’t always make it onto my feed 🤍 expect gym & lifestyle content, beach days, random selfies, little adventures and the occasional “i probably shouldn't post this” moment. i’m a little shy at first, but once i’m comfortable… good luck getting me to stop talking. i love real conversations, playful teasing and actually getting to know the people in my little community — so yes, i read my DMs 🫶🏼 Strong body. Soft heart. Real life. come say hi… just don’t open with “what’s your favorite protein powder?” 😂 All photos, videos, messages and other content shared on this page are my property and are for personal viewing only.
