Velvet Guillotine

VELVET GUILLOTINE 🖤 Gothic rock built from real scars, real stories and the things people usually keep buried. Velvet Guillotine is an independent music project created by Andy Beattie — raw UK/Scottish vocals, haunting Telecasters, melodic bass and songs about trauma, love, loss, survival, obsession and everything that leaves a mark. This is where I’ll share more than the finished tracks: new music, unreleased material, artwork, lyrics, works in progress and the stories behind the songs. No manufactured band mythology. No pretending these songs came from nowhere. Some of them are fiction. Some are observation. Some happened. Some cost me more to write than others. Welcome behind the curtain. 🖤 Velvet Guillotine Music for people who survived things they don’t talk about.
